Minor spelling, formatting, or clarity edits may be made without a correction note. Material changes to facts, calculations, conclusions, or time-sensitive information should be accompanied by an updated date and a short correction or update note explaining what changed.
We do not remove accurate information simply because it is inconvenient. We will, however, correct demonstrably false information, repair broken or misleading context, and consider privacy or safety concerns on their merits.
